About Our Team
Dr. James Zielenski
Dr. Zielenski is an experienced, compassionate, and versatile chiropractor based in Yulee, Florida. His passion for chiropractic began through personal experience after suffering an injury during a hockey game. The care he received transformed his health and changed the course of his life. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to help others improve their health and quality of life through chiropractic care.

Dr. Zielenski graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida with his Doctorate in Chiropractic and completed the Sports Elective program. He has pursued extensive post-graduate training and holds advanced certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART Full Body), RockTape FMT Levels 1 & 2, Functional Movement Screening (FMS) Level 1, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level 1, Webster Technique, FAKTR, ISTMA, Dry Needling, and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).
Throughout his career, Dr. Zielenski has served patients in Colorado, North Carolina, and now Northeast Florida. Today, he proudly serves the Callahan, Hilliard, Yulee and Fernandina Beach communities through Coastal Chiropractic Clinic.

Dr. Zielenski works with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and activity levels from infants to older adults, competitive athletes to individuals recovering from injuries, accidents, or chronic health conditions. He has a strong passion for movement-based care and helping patients return to the activities they love through personalized, evidence-informed treatment.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Zielenski is deeply involved in the local community. He is a graduate of Leadership Nassau and actively serves with the YMCA, the Yulee Elementary School Advisory Council, Special Olympics Surf Team, and Take Stock in Children. He is passionate about supporting youth development, health, and wellness initiatives throughout Nassau County.

Outside of work, Dr. Zielenski enjoys surfing, running, golf, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Kaila Zielenski, their son James, and their dogs Walter and Kai. Together, they are proud to call Yulee home and are honored to serve the local community, families, and athletes throughout Northeast Florida.

As a proud mom of two incredible teenage boys and a devoted Navy wife, family is at the center of everything I do. My journey began in education as a teacher, where I developed a passion for helping others grow and thrive and that passion continues to shape my life today.
I find my greatest joy in the simple moments, whether it’s spending time with my family or enjoying peaceful days by the beach. My faith plays a central role in my life, and I feel truly blessed to be
guided by God in both my personal and professional journey.
Today, I am grateful to be part of the team at Coastal Chiropractic Clinic, working alongside Dr. Z, where I have the opportunity to support others in their path to better health and wellness.
